Trains and coaches Delivery Associates on safe, compliant, and effective delivery practices through classes, hands-on instruction, and on-road evaluations.
What you'll do
- Facilitate training classes and drive-alongs; coach and provide feedback to Delivery Associates.
- Audit safety and compliance, track training and on-road performance, and identify retraining or process improvements.
- Coordinate training activities with delivery partners and operations teams, and report training completion and compliance.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid and active driver's license; at least 21 years old; eligible to drive under DOT requirements and able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File.
