Trains and coaches Delivery Associates on safe, compliant, and effective delivery practices, including classroom instruction, drive-alongs, performance monitoring, and retraining.
What you'll do
- Lead training classes and drive-alongs; coordinate training activities with delivery partners, operations, and learning teams.
- Teach, audit, and report on driver safety, compliance, quality, and performance; identify retraining and process improvements.
- Support delivery station operations, including occasional driving, vehicle handling, travel to nearby sites, and peer training.

- Valid, active driver’s license; age 21 or older; eligible to drive under DOT requirements and able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File.
