Trains and coaches Delivery Associates in safe, compliant, and effective delivery practices through classroom instruction, drive-alongs, performance monitoring, and retraining.
What you'll do
- Facilitate daily training sessions and drive-alongs, adapting instruction to different learning styles.
- Audit driver safety and compliance, track training and on-road performance, and report completion and improvement needs.
- Coordinate training with delivery partners and operations teams; coach Delivery Associates and support the delivery station.
