What you'll do

• Coordinate channel launches across product, engineering, merchandising, operations, program teams, and external stakeholders; manage content delivery and publishing workflows.
• Track goals and metrics, maintain dashboards, report progress, and escalate obstacles.
• Improve operational processes and tooling, monitor metadata quality, and coordinate task standardization with teams in India and Costa Rica.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience and 2+ years working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• 2+ years defining and implementing data- and metrics-driven process improvements.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; knowledge of large-scale automation and workflow management or equivalent; 2+ years of Digital Supply Chain Management experience.

Nice to have

• 2+ years driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership; experience at a studio or cable/premium television network.
• Experience with digital media workflows, data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Pay

70,400.00 - 105,000.00 USD annually (base salary); 66,300.00 - 115,600.00 USD annually (base salary); 60,000.00 - 105,000.00 USD annually (base salary); 60,000.00 - 105,000.00 USD annually (base salary); 80,200.00 - 105,000.00 USD annually (base salary)
