What you'll do

• Assess event requests, coordinate planning and production resources, and communicate with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
• Lead onsite event operations, including show calling or stage management, technical coordination, and load-in and load-out.
• Manage post-event reporting, customer needs, expenditures, and operational data.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of program or project management experience and 3+ years of experience in event or production management.
• 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• 2+ years of show calling experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements; working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams; managing complex calendaring systems and databases; and working with audio, video, lighting and staging systems.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership, and 3+ years of driving process improvements.
• Experience in stakeholder management, building processes, project management, and schedules.

Pay

USD 81,600.00 - 142,800.00 annually, base salary
