Produces and manages companywide events across AMER, from customer booking and production planning through onsite operations and post-event reporting.
What you'll do
- Assess event requests, plan production resources and schedules, and coordinate with customers, teams, facilities, and vendors.
- Lead onsite event operations, including show calling or stage management, technical coordination, and load-in and load-out.
- Manage post-event strike, customer needs, expenditures, reporting, and performance metrics.
