What you'll do
- Oversee maintenance practices, facility visits, vendor performance, and on-call support across the assigned region.
- Manage maintenance budgets and reporting, CMMS use, and recommendations and delivery of capital projects.
- Investigate recurring issues and implement root-cause solutions and continuous-improvement initiatives.
