Leads regional facilities maintenance for Whole Foods Market stores, overseeing safety, equipment reliability, vendors, budgets, and improvement projects.
What you'll do
- Visit regional facilities, support on-call needs, and ensure maintenance work and vendor repairs keep stores operating efficiently.
- Manage maintenance budgets and reporting, CMMS use, capital project recommendations, and timely project completion.
- Identify root causes, improve maintenance processes, and build relationships with retail partners and cross-functional teams.
