Monitors AWS data center physical infrastructure around the clock, responds to critical alarms, and coordinates operational communications and support.
What you'll do
- Monitor facility infrastructure and life-safety systems; respond to, acknowledge, investigate, and dispatch critical alarms.
- Perform change-management tasks and create and issue tickets.
- Support onsite operations teams and serve as a communications hub during normal and emergency operations.
