About the job
Monitors AWS data center physical infrastructure remotely, responds to critical alarms, and coordinates communications and support for onsite operations teams.
What you'll do
- Monitor facility infrastructure and respond to, acknowledge, investigate, and dispatch critical alarms.
- Perform change management tasks and create and issue tickets.
- Support onsite operations teams and serve as a communications hub during normal and emergency operations.
