Monitors AWS data center physical infrastructure around the clock, responds to critical alarms, and coordinates communications and support for onsite operations teams.
What you'll do
- Monitor facility infrastructure systems and respond to, acknowledge, investigate, and dispatch critical alarms.
- Perform change management tasks and create and issue tickets.
- Support onsite operations teams and communicate alarm and event notifications during normal and emergency operations.

- Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance; selected candidate must be a US Citizen and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
