What you'll do

• Develop business strategies, financial models, and analytical insights with business and finance leaders; lead long-range planning, annual plans, and quarterly forecasts.
• Prepare financial reports and insights for senior leadership to support decision-making and profitability goals.
• Improve and standardize finance processes, support collaboration across teams, and maintain financial controls and reporting standards.

What they ask for

• 6+ years applying financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
• 6+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets for business decision-making.
• 6+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis, and 6+ years participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
• 5+ years in finance, accounting, or a related analytical field; bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or a related analytical field.

Nice to have

• 6+ years identifying data issues and root causes and implementing escalation plans; 6+ years delivering impactful financial models, analysis, and recommendations for complex business challenges.
• MBA or CPA; experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, data interpretation, and large-scale data/reporting tools or financial systems.

Pay

USD 104,900.00 - 179,500.00 annually (base salary); USD 95,400.00 - 163,200.00 annually (base salary)
