What you'll do
- Develop and scale LEO reporting with the Business Intelligence team, eliminating redundant reports and automating MEC/QEC reporting.
- Analyze customer engagement, retention, spend, and profitability trends across customer cohorts and LEO segments; develop metrics and insights to inform strategy.
- Partner with business and marketing teams on strategic decisions, ad hoc analysis, and onboarding LEO 2.0 Bar Raisers.
