Owns end-to-end recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across Amazon Leo’s engineering and operations organizations, from sourcing through offer close and onboarding.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and close.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting colleagues to build candidate pipelines, guide hiring decisions, and maintain positive candidate experiences.
- Manage 15–25+ active requisitions, report on pipeline metrics, improve processes, and use AI tools to streamline recruiting work.
