Repairs and services electrical generator systems and related engine failures at data center sites, while serving as the customer support contact and helping maintain uptime.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform field repairs on generator systems and related mechanical failures.
- Communicate with customers and the Generator Service Manager about priorities and service issues.
- Follow safety protocols and document repair work, time, expenses, and mileage.
