What you'll do
- Develop and implement global stock plan compliance strategies and oversee regulatory change management across jurisdictions.
- Support global reporting, mobile tax positions and RSU mobile transactions, and stock plan initiatives for geographic expansion and M&A.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop procedures, recommendations, and training for equity plan obligations.
