Leads remote and on-site operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance improvement for Leo satellite ground gateway antennas and terminals, primarily in the AMER region.
What you'll do
- Investigate and remediate antenna faults, alarms, and anomalies; maintain calibrations and update antenna-component software.
- Coordinate technical work with partners and stakeholders, develop support procedures and training materials, and report status and risks to senior management.
- Travel to gateway sites as needed to troubleshoot and maintain terminals and provide feedback on automated monitoring systems.
