Head of US Sales Enablement, Amazon Shipping

What you'll do

• Own Learning & Development strategy and lead the team responsible for onboarding, ongoing enablement, and regional execution.
• Define sales curricula, certification standards, and scalable learning mechanisms, with localization where needed.
• Align enablement with business priorities and measure its impact on learning, adoption, and seller performance.

What they ask for

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management, including managing managers or senior individual contributors.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) BB/3P Full Time Exempt experience.
• Experience in project, program or product management focused on technical education programs, and instructional design with a software technology company.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience leading training organizations or programs at national or network scale, LMS strategy, or using data and metrics to influence senior leadership.

Pay

152,100.00 - 205,800.00 USD annually (base salary); 167,300.00 - 226,300.00 USD annually (base salary)
