What you'll do

• Implement safety standards, policies, training, risk assessments, and applicable regulations; conduct audits of data centers and construction sites.
• Develop emergency and business-continuity safety plans, maintain safety records, and analyze trends for leadership.
• Partner with employees, contractors, Operations, construction managers, and compliance teams to identify and mitigate risks.

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience OR 8 years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to implement health and safety standards, policies, and practices, including safety management systems, training, risk assessments, industrial hygiene assessments, and applicable regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience defining program requirements and leveraging data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Professional safety qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials; experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), and Excel.

Pay

USD 74,200.00 - 129,800.00 annually base salary; USD 82,700.00 - 129,800.00 annually base salary
