Provides onsite HR generalist support to hourly employees and business leaders at a Sub-Same Day Fulfillment Center, using people practices, data, and HR technology to improve employee experience and business performance.
What you'll do
- Advise and coach leaders on talent management, performance, employee relations, and inclusive team practices; support fair and compliant policy application.
- Use analytics to identify workforce trends and implement initiatives that improve engagement, employee experience, and site performance.
- Drive engagement and recognition programs, maintain employee floor presence, and promote adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools.
