Supports Amazon’s AMZL PXT operations by delivering frontline employee support, executing HR processes, and helping improve engagement and employee experience at an onsite facility.
What you'll do
- Execute standard HR work, maintain accurate documentation, and respond to employee concerns or escalate them appropriately.
- Support engagement activities and feedback channels, track follow-ups, and coach frontline leaders on engagement-related behaviors.
- Track and summarize PXT data and help promote employee and manager self-service tools.
