Leads a fulfillment center’s Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) department, overseeing safety, inventory accuracy, quality performance, compliance, and team development.

- Own ICQA safety, inventory-control, quality, audit, and compliance strategies; analyze performance and drive corrective actions.
