About the job
Designs data-center communications pathways, spaces, and cabling, and develops related construction and permitting specifications for AWS infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Deliver scalable fiber optic and copper plant designs and specifications; review and approve ICT submittals.
- Identify and respond to risks, and support technology and design improvements to infrastructure quality, cost, and installation time.
- Travel 10+% to review projects and coordinate with onsite personnel and contractors at AWS data centers.
