Leads onsite injury prevention and proactive safety at an Amazon fulfillment center through ergonomic coaching, workplace evaluations, and analysis of injury data.
What you'll do
- Analyze injury data and risk assessments to design ergonomic interventions and identify workplace hazards.
- Deliver ergonomic education and one-on-one coaching to help associates improve movement techniques and prevent injury.
- Partner with operations teams to integrate prevention strategies and support emergency response.
