What you'll do
- Analyze injury data and risk assessments to design ergonomic interventions and identify workplace hazards.
- Deliver ergonomic education and one-on-one coaching to improve associates’ movement techniques and prevent injuries.
- Partner with operations teams to embed prevention strategies into daily workflows and support emergency response.
