Leads onsite injury prevention at an Amazon Fulfillment Center through ergonomic assessments, data-informed interventions, associate coaching, and wellness education.
What you'll do
- Analyze injury data and risk assessments to design ergonomic interventions and workplace evaluations.
- Deliver ergonomic education and one-on-one coaching to improve associates’ movement techniques and support lasting behavior change.
- Partner with operations teams on prevention strategies and assist with emergency response at the site.
