Leads onsite injury prevention at an Amazon Fulfillment Center through ergonomic assessments, targeted interventions, associate coaching, and safety education.
What you'll do
- Analyze injury data and risk assessments to design ergonomic interventions and address workplace hazards.
- Deliver ergonomic education and personalized coaching to improve associates’ movement techniques and prevent soreness or injury.
- Partner with operations teams to integrate injury-prevention strategies into daily workflows and support emergency response.
