Leads onsite injury prevention at an Amazon Fulfillment Center through ergonomic assessments, targeted interventions, associate coaching, and safety education.
What you'll do
- Analyze injury data and risk assessments to design and implement ergonomic interventions and workplace evaluations.
- Deliver ergonomic training and hands-on coaching to improve associates’ movement techniques and support lasting behavior change.
- Partner with operations teams and assist with emergency response at the site.
