About the job
Installs, repairs, and maintains data center hardware and cabling while following safety and security procedures and traveling between sites as needed.
What you'll do
- Move and install enterprise equipment; install and patch fiber and copper cabling.
- Follow hardware installation and break-fix procedures, maintaining safety and security standards.
- Travel between data center locations and provide after-hours support as needed.
What they ask for
- 1+ years of experience in Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, Data Center Operations, or similar technical or vocational roles.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to travel to or commute between data center sites, including temporarily working at alternative sites during training or until an assigned facility is operational.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for regional travel; able to meet the listed physical and work-environment requirements.
Nice to have
- Industry standard certification (CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+).
