About the job
Installs, moves, and maintains data center equipment and cabling while following established safety and hardware procedures.
What you'll do
- Move and install enterprise equipment; install and patch fiber and copper cabling.
- Perform hardware installation and break-fix work while maintaining safety and security standards.
- Travel between data center sites as needed and provide after-hours support when required.
What they ask for
- 1+ years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, Data Center Operations, or similar technical or vocational experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to travel to or commute between data center locations and temporarily work at alternative sites as needed.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license for regional travel.
Nice to have
- Industry-standard certification (CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+).
- Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices, network cabling, optic types, or test equipment.
