Trains and coaches Delivery Associates in safe, compliant, high-quality delivery practices through classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and on-road ride-alongs.
What you'll do
- Facilitate training sessions and drive-alongs; coordinate with operations, delivery partners, and learning teams.
- Track training completion, compliance, safety, and driver performance; identify retraining and process improvements.
- Teach and audit driver safety and compliance, including vehicle inspections, hours of service, trip planning, and safe driving.

- At least 21 years old; hold a valid state-appropriate driver’s license, be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File, and be eligible to drive under DOT requirements.
- Ability to perform the stated physical duties, drive and operate vehicles up to 26,000 pounds, and use a GPS.
- Reliable transportation; travel to nearby sites and support other sites, with up to 50% travel.
Nice to have
- Experience developing and delivering training, or guiding, training, and mentoring others; knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, or computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay
20.50 - 22.50 USD hourly (base pay rate plus highest available shift differential)
