About the job
Supports daily Last Mile operations by coordinating labor and work assignments, monitoring performance and safety, coaching associates, and providing vacation coverage for Area Managers.
What you'll do
- Track labor hours and area metrics; report performance against production goals.
- Train and coach associates, assess work performance, provide feedback, and verify SOP compliance.
- Maintain safe, clean, equipped work areas; address hazards, report injuries, and participate in operational excellence and safety initiatives.

- Current Blue-Badge associate in good standing.
- Ability to work up to 10 hours a day with varying shift times.
Nice to have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, and/or prior Amazon experience.
