About the job
Manages end-to-end invoicing and compliance for assigned public sector contracts, including invoice production, funding alignment, discrepancy resolution, reporting, and process automation.
What you'll do
- Generate, validate, submit, and reconcile monthly customer invoices; track accounts and contract funding status.
- Extract and analyze usage and financial data, respond to data inquiries, and resolve billing discrepancies with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with contracting officers, program managers, and AWS teams to align funding and implement controls and automation.
