About the job
Owns and matures Leo’s IP hardware asset assurance program, reconciling records against physical assets and turning accountability risks into controls and leadership reporting.
What you'll do
- Set reconciliation methods, cadence, sampling criteria, SOPs, and accountability standards; verify enforcement controls and system-of-record requirements.
- Analyze losses, non-response, and record-reality gaps; escalate unresolved risks and route findings to the appropriate teams.
- Report accountability trends and control effectiveness, partnering with Security, Audit & Compliance, and tooling teams.
