Provides IT support to Amazon Operations facilities by troubleshooting equipment and network issues for local and remote customers across a regional area.

- Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment; handle support requests across the network.
- Support customers across multiple buildings and remotely, including traveling within the local or regional area.
- Assist in training new hires and continuously learn new technologies.
