Provides IT support across Amazon Operations facilities, troubleshooting equipment and network issues for local and remote customers.

- Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment in Operations facilities; handle network support requests.
- Support customers across multiple buildings and remotely, including travel within the local or regional area.
- Assist in training new hires and continuously learn new technologies.
