Provides IT support across Amazon Operations sites, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, networks, and enterprise applications.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and maintain network, computing, and IT infrastructure systems, including during production hours.
- Support customers across local buildings and remotely, and manage local technical projects and process improvements.
- Identify root causes of operational issues; maintain or create IT policies, procedures, and processes.
