Provides IT infrastructure and technical support across multiple Amazon Operations sites, troubleshooting systems and delivering local IT solutions.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot networking, data cabling, hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications; keep infrastructure available during production hours.
- Support customers across multiple buildings and remotely, including regional travel and local technical project management.
- Identify root causes and process inefficiencies, and maintain or create IT policies, procedures, and processes.
