What you'll do
- Triage and resolve support tickets; provision, deploy, and troubleshoot workstations and bare-metal servers.
- Configure, deploy, and replace network infrastructure; perform maintenance, upgrades, and technology implementations.
- Support production, lab, launch, and global employee infrastructure; participate in on-call duties and help train others.
