Provides on-site IT support to Amazon corporate employees, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, system, and network issues while helping maintain reliable operations.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, evaluate system logs, and help triage or escalate outages.
- Perform change management, manage IT asset inventories, and contribute to improvement projects with partner teams and vendors.
- Mentor and train teammates; participate in occasional travel and 24/7 on-call duty for isolated high-severity incidents.
