Provides on-site IT support to Amazon corporate employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, systems, and network issues and maintaining reliable IT operations.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues; evaluate logs and help triage or escalate outages.
- Manage IT assets and participate in change management and operational improvement projects with partner teams and vendors.
- Mentor and train team members; serve as an escalation point during required on-call duty.
