Leads site operations for a fast-delivery retail warehouse, supporting associates and ensuring safe, accurate product workflows and customer deliveries.
What you'll do
- Support and train associates, deploy labor, provide feedback, and assist with onboarding.
- Manage site safety, quality, performance, inventory, product workflows, deliveries, and customer service; open and close the site.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace and perform front-line duties as needed.
