Leads site-level retail warehouse operations for a fast-delivery service, supporting associates and ensuring safe, accurate product workflows and customer deliveries.
What you'll do
- Support and train associates; provide feedback, help resolve issues, and assist with labor deployment and onboarding.
- Oversee site operations, safety, quality, inventory workflows, deliveries, and customer delivery promises; open and close the site.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace and perform front-line duties as needed.
