What you'll do
- Guide and support associates, including training, feedback, labor deployment, and onboarding.
- Oversee site operations, safety, quality, inventory workflows, and customer delivery promises; receive deliveries and perform frontline tasks as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized workspace and open and close the site following procedures.
