Leads site operations for a fast-delivery retail warehouse, supporting associates and ensuring safe, accurate product workflows and customer deliveries.
What you'll do
- Guide and train associates; support onboarding, labor deployment, feedback, and issue escalation.
- Oversee safety, quality, inventory, deliveries, stocking, replenishment, and site opening and closing.
- Perform front-line work and maintain a clean, organized workspace while supporting customer service and continuous improvement.
