Leads daily operations at an Amazon Now site, supporting associates and ensuring safe, efficient product workflows and customer deliveries.
What you'll do
- Support, train, and guide associates; help deploy labor and resolve operational issues.
- Manage site safety, quality, inventory, receiving, stocking, and delivery workflows; open and close the site.
- Maintain an organized workspace and collaborate with associates and delivery partners to improve operations and customer service.
