Leads site-level Amazon Now operations, supporting associates and ensuring safe, accurate product workflows and timely customer deliveries.
What you'll do
- Support and train associates; deploy labor, provide feedback, and help resolve operational issues.
- Oversee safety, quality, inventory, deliveries, and product workflows; maintain an organized site and open and close it as required.
- Perform front-line duties and collaborate with associates and delivery partners to support customer service and continuous improvement.
