Leads day-to-day operations at an Amazon Now site, supporting associates and ensuring safe, accurate, and timely product handling and customer delivery.
What you'll do
- Guide and train associates, support onboarding, and help resolve operational issues.
- Oversee safety, quality, inventory workflows, deliveries, and customer delivery promises; open and close the site as required.
- Perform frontline tasks, maintain an organized workspace, and collaborate with delivery partners.
