Leads site-level retail warehouse operations for Amazon’s fast-delivery service, supporting associates and coordinating inventory, safety, quality, and customer delivery preparation.
What you'll do
- Support and train associates, deploy labor, provide feedback, and help resolve operational issues.
- Manage site operations, including safety, quality, inventory workflows, truck deliveries, and opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain an organized workspace and collaborate with associates and delivery partners to support customer service and delivery promises.
