Leads site-level quick-commerce operations, supporting associates and ensuring safe, accurate inventory workflows and timely customer deliveries.
What you'll do
- Guide and train associates, deploy labor, provide feedback, and support onboarding.
- Manage site operations, safety, quality, inventory workflows, and customer delivery promises; receive, stock, replenish, and prepare products for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized site, open and close it according to procedures, and perform front-line tasks as needed.
